Mallo 1.2.19
Mallo 1.2.19 adds a repair and reinstall flow for Qwen, so you can refresh the setup directly from Models when it needs a clean start.
Mallo 1.2.19 gives Qwen setup a much better fallback. If Qwen ever gets stuck or feels off after an update, you can now refresh it directly from Models without guessing what to delete first.
Release Highlights
- Qwen setup is easier to recover with a clear repair flow inside Models.
- You can reinstall Qwen in place without hunting through folders or starting over manually.
- The recovery path is now easier to understand when Qwen needs a clean reset.
What Changed In Real Use
Some people could get into a state where Qwen was installed before, but no longer felt healthy enough to use. The old fallback was awkward: stop Qwen, delete the managed setup, then install it again.
With 1.2.19, Mallo gives that recovery path a proper home in Models. If Qwen needs a fresh start, you can repair or reinstall it from the app and get back to dictation faster.
Why This Patch Matters
When something is fixable, the app should help you fix it directly. This patch turns a support-style recovery sequence into a built-in action that normal users can actually use.
